Ben Laws manages the agency’s B2B work with a range of its clients, from startups to multinationals. He has led numerous integrated communications and marketing programs focused on strengthening corporate reputation, driving direct business results and managing critical organizational moments.
Ben has extensive experience shaping an organization’s stories starting by developing research-driven insights, shaping them into creative- and thought leadership- driven platforms, then tailoring content to highly-specific stakeholders. He orchestrates deploying that work via multi-channel campaigns that are built for measuring reputational and business results.​
Prior to Edelman, Ben worked with strategic communications firm, Capstrat, a Ketchum agency. He also worked on several political campaigns, including a stint as the field director of a statewide race in North Carolina during the 2004 election. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina.
